Dogs have such a marvelous capacity for joy. Would that we humans have just a smidgeon of that capacity.
Thank you DCG for this delightful post. Our dog, Sasha, ran all around in the snow too here in Arkansas. She, on the other hand, wanted to come in because it was so so cold.
Here’s a little clip of my furry grandson, Kyser, in the first big snow about a few weeks ago. He’s a 1/2 Rottweiler, 1/2 German Shepherd, and 100% lovable, mischievous goofball!

It’s been a snow week…
Its a fine thing to see something HAPPY in the current news cycle of DOOM/Plague/and Lies. If you think its only dogs who like the new snow, watch horses go crazy with it. My wife owned an Arabian stallion who loved sledding down a hill on a piece of plywood I altered a bit to keep him on it.
