Thank you, DCG, for these reminders that there are good cops. Recently, I had occasion to visit the court house where two sheriff’s deputies were at the door. I told them I was sorry for the attacks on police and that I appreciate what they do. They looked stunned by what I said.
Let’s publicize the hashtag #SupportPolice, the antidote to #DefundPolice!

I just cannot understand the animus against our law officers. Thank you DCG for reminding us of the “miracles” that they perform on behalf of the citizens that they serve.
Thank you DCG for this inspiring post. How touching, and how wonderful that the police officer knew what to do under such overwhelming circumstances. I ask St. Michael to help them as the patron saint of police officers.
