On October 19, 2021, Levine was commissioned as a four-star admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, becoming the first openly transgender four-star officer in any of the United States uniformed services.

Unfortunately, for male or female or anything in between, there is no surgical solution to fix UGLY.
PS….as a matter of information to all: the US Public Health Service, a Commissioned Corp, for which my husband and I served for years before entering private and state services in CA, was established as the SECOND uniformed service (after the Navy) by President George Washington, to serve the health care of the US Navy at the time…in any and all ports, domestic and abroad, as needed/called for on a moments’ notice (You might recognize today their commander, the Surgeon General, who looks like he/she is in a Navy uniform….) These services can be called upon by the commander-in-chief for any and all emergencies in addition to the military duties….and, are additionally attached to Indian Health Service by treaty with domestic, dependent nations ( in which we served for part of our duties). We are still in reserve, and could be sent anywhere in the world that our Navy requires medical assistance. IN ADDITION, the commissioned corp serves all medical care for the Coast Guard and and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (also our experience)….inclusive of other “ready corps” areas…..and there are only today 5,000 of them…..esp after Obama de-commissioned most and canceled ALL of the INACTIVE reserve after 200 years…..(non-payments, but still available on a moment’s notice according to their oaths….WHY?)… So this “Rachael” is a “member” of an elite and small member of medical corps for the USA military….and I’d like to SEE HIS/HER record and compare it to my husband’s and mine in the US Public Health Service….and EVEN being from Pennsylvania myself……I’d like to see this man/woman’s record in the US Public Health Service to see just WHY he/she was a valid choice for his/her present job in our Federal Government other than he/she is a transgender in the US Public Health Service, chosen on a check-off list by Biden.
Let’s see, we have a demented hair-sniffing pedophile in the White House with a son who is involved in drugs and underage girls, a not-so-bright hooker second-in-command with a screwy step-daughter, a gay guy as secretary of transportation who is married to another guy with twins who got maternity leave. So what’s so strange about a butt-fugly gal who used to be a guy as an assistant secretary of health?
