A judge deals with the human condition, human failings, human frailties, & so on, every day. God bless them & may they be led by mercy all of their days…..The big deal is to balance the weight of the law against the weight of these human conditions, & come out with a humane judgement, case by case. It was very humbling to watch this judge and this case and his judgment in response.
