The son of two tall parents, it should come as no surprise that President Trump’s youngest, Barron, is tall.
Still only 15 years old, which means there is still growing to do, Barron, at 6′ 7″, now towers over his 5′ 11″ mom, Melania, and is 4″ taller than his 6′ 3″ dad.

At 5’6″ I am jealous! But in all seriousness, I am concerned for Baron: I see a well-proportioned young man, so I see no sign of giantism. But I am concerned about his thyroid because he is extremely thin. Hopefully he and his doctor are on the case.
Who wasn’t extremely thin at his age? I was…..😊

Not alarmed, as his paternal grandma was an immigrant fr Scotland/Great Britain (home of marauding Vikings in an age),his mom is fr far N. Europe, Slavs, maybe large in their own right & maybe more Vikings/Scandinavians in the mix & perhaps the hearty Sami of the arctic circle…just talking historic geography here as a history teacher at times (now, for instance) & in the past (tho’ still teaching some art sections). I think some very TALL/hearty genetics are going on there w/Barron. (Notice how large Norwegians show up to winter Olympics, unknown, un-bragging & prob not sponsored to train in a special way by gov’ts or industry & WIN the most medals, go home & don’t even talk about it again? And, PS…notice how USA & their arch-rivals don’t pay public NOTICE to these Norwegian Iron Men & Woman? Like, they don’t exist?) Don’t know why, but seems these hearty folks fr cold country have a genetic pool to support this outcome. My own dad had a nearly same genetic background as Barron…& he was the “short one” in his family at 6’2″. My mom’s line is medium, some tall, Swiss /Grt Britain/Denmark/German & one Italian. Sadly,I’m barely 5′ 1″, so I got a “short gene” fr recent (1906) Italian immigrant grt -grandfather & his dau., my gram. Funny how it works w/ opposing genetic extremes! Inheriting height is sort of genetically like inheriting eye color. It is an honest-to-God median-mix of your parents & their past genetics (probably much of it unknown to you.) On paper, it looks like you can account genetically for blue eyed-brown-eyed outcome between parents who have these….but then where do the nearly black, green or grey or hazel or violet, etc. eyes come from? It’s like the genetic inheritance of height ….the same moderation between parents. Some things fall “between” in these traits. The only thing I’d for sure check Barron for at his height is a genetic test for Marfan Syndrome & only b/c of his parents’ heights. But, since neither of them have exhibited symptoms of this in their habitus, & they’ve both been in front of the cameras for eternity– thinking this is NOT anything. But, as a parent, I’d check anyway so I’d never have to think of it/worry again or at any time in the future….OR…if it turns up “positive, I’d be ON IT so Barron for the rest of his life would be medically followed. There are certain/most features of this that are of no concern, but then ONE feature is life-threatening …IF you inherit that particular part of the syndrome then, you must track it for an opportune surgical intervention.
Like his parents,class and style. Young adults like him,with good manners,handsome looks and such intelligence,are such a pleasure to see these days. Donald and Melania have done very well with their raising this young man.
