What do you know? Turns out one can make our border security a priority when they have the fortitude to do so, rather than just promising to do so when they are campaigning (I’m talking about you, Kamala).
Fox News reports that the Jewish Family Center of San Diego has recevied zero new migrants since President Trump shut down the CBP One mobile app on his first day in office. From their report:
“A San Diego migrant shelter is closing its doors and laying off more than 100 employees because of funding and policy changes under the Trump administration.
The Jewish Family Service of San Diego, which has operated a regional migrant shelter for over six years, announced it will close its facility and lay off 115 employees due to “changes in federal funding and policy.”
The non-governmental organization (NGO) said they have not received new asylum-seeking families or individuals since the CBP One phone app went down on Jan. 20.
The app, which ultimately allowed immigrants to be paroled into the U.S., was created during the first Trump administration to assist with scheduling cargo inspections.
It expanded in 2023 to allow migrants to make an appointment at a port of entry to be allowed in, initially due to an exception from the Title 42 public health order. Since May, they had the potential to be paroled into the U.S. as part of the Biden administration’s expansion of “lawful pathways.”
As of the end of December, more than 936,500 individuals had made appointments to be paroled through the app, according to Customs and Border Protection.”

Jewish Family Service of San Diego is a NGO which, as most NGOs do, receives a lot of taxpayer dollars. How much have they received? The organization received $22,077,365 in taxpayer-funded FEMA money in Fiscal Year 2024 despite claiming they received no funds, according to grant records on the FEMA website.
Imagine how much of this $22M taxpayer dollars could have be used to help American citizens in disaster areas (Maui, Palisades, Florida, Carolinas, etc.) instead of facilitating illegal alien crossings.
This is exactly why President Trump won: He promised to tackle border security and within a month he’s doing it.

I am sure that just as you have expressed, there are many, many of us who are absolutely dismayed by the how monumental the thievery of US taxpayer monies has been. It certainly goes far beyond anything I could ever imagine. You are correct, those who have perpetrated this are “evil to the core, have a monumental lust for both money and power.” All the while our own citizens have had to experience horrific circumstances just trying to live thru these disasters, and look on and see that illegal aliens are being treated as the princes and princesses of our nation–only the very best for them!

I’m from San Diego and left for the free state of ID years ago. When I go there now it is like a foreign country. This is great news, these NGO’s are evil. A good resource is to go to the IRS website and look at their 990 non profit tax filings. They have to list all employees that make over 100K and their benefits.
Trump & Musk ought to start publishing those. The CEO’s & staff make hundreds of thousands a year with Cadillac benefits, 5 star travel & pensions. Its a joke what we-the taxpayers pay them for their “good works” ruining our country.

I think that many of us did not necessarily know the particulars, but we knew in our hearts that there was something wrong, something evil afoot in our country. I am just grateful to each and everyone of the individuals who have exposed the particulars of this thievery which has been perpetrated on such a grand scale. I would agree, names need to be revealed, along with dollar amounts. I would have no problem with the US government clawing back bank accounts, properties, high end cars, jewelry, boats, vacation homes, anything that could be sold with the monies going back to the US Treasury.
I find it reprehensible that there are several religious based organizations who have raked in millions of American taxpayer dollars for their “benevolent charitable care of illegal migrants.” Personally, if they were spending their own money, that’s one thing, but this is, was, and will always be a scam perpetrated on the American citizen. I have no respect for these organizations, and the very best news of all is that they are shutting down! With recent revelations by DODG, I can only wonder exactly how much of each dollar they received for their effort to care for the poor and indigent illegal migrants actually went for that purpose–as opposed to how much went to line their own pockets, and the pockets of those who ran these “charitable” organizations. Let their employees get a real job, in the real employment market, and stop stealing from the poor beleaguered American taxpayer.
