Perp James Bowman freed on his own recognizance in a blue state after assaulting woman
For years democrats have been implementing their desired goal of “criminal justice reform” with the goal being a more “equitable” system. This was amplified after the George Floyd incident and started the Defund The Police movement and many states to implement “no cash bail” policies.
Activist judges have fully participated in this experiment resulting in endangerment to the public and victims. Here’s a recent example from Maryland via a press release from the Charles County Sheriff’s Office:
“On November 8 at 12:52 a.m., officers responded to the 4200 block of Drake Court in Waldorf for the report of an assault involving a man and a woman. Upon arrival, officers found a woman inside the residence holding a toddler. She had visible injuries and was covered in blood. Officers de-escalated the situation and learned the suspect had returned to the residence after being arrested and charged with assaulting the same woman less than six hours earlier.
An investigation revealed the suspect, James Bowman, III, age 40, of Waldorf, had been arrested the previous night, November 7, for a domestic-related assault. In that case, it was reported Bowman punched the victim in the face and bit her hand. After his arrest, a district court commissioner released Bowman from the Charles County Detention Center on personal recognizance under the condition he does not abuse the woman.
Bowman returned to the residence within one hour of being released and assaulted the woman again; this time, she was holding a toddler. She was able to call 9-1-1 and retreat to a bedroom and lock the door; however, Bowman forced the door open and continued assaulting her as she attempted to place the child on the bed. While striking the woman, Bowman also struck the child in the forehead, causing an injury.
The victim and child were treated by EMS. Bowman was arrested at the scene and charged with assault and child abuse. A district court commissioner held him without bond and on November 10, a judge ordered Bowman to continue to be held without bond.“
These days with democrats fighting so hard to protect criminal illegal aliens, it should come as no surprise that a judge would release a domestic abuser and biter. He or she should be held responsible for releasing this animal so quickly.
The criminal justice reform experiement in blue states has not been a success. Especially for this woman and child. But that doesn’t mean that democrats won’t continue in their quest for “equity.”

We can see everyday w/every depraved act to every innocent, w/every illegal entrant vs the rights of citizens….we see what is being honored here & it is never interests of the citizens or their public-school children. They pay the freight of this Republic, but it’s rather “honor” paid to those who exploit us/rob/kill/scam us, hate us, seek to destroy us, seek to exploit our labor/taxes/support of those who seek to destroy us, hate us, refuse to join us in our culture, work ethic, Constitution of our Democratic Republic. I hate to whine like Michelle Obama…but am lately NOT PROUD of our country & the way it treats it’s tax-paying, patriotic citizens … BLACK WHITE OR ANY COLOR. She has the Black thing to whine about. I have the “disappearing middle class” thing to whine about b/c I am being taxed to death(& further run into the ground by the costs of the GREEN New Deal policies) while being disregarded beyond that in favor of an illegal population —or even a legal foreign population….to which my tax dollars are NOT “solving” but are being sucked off to GIVE to them in many instances.
