Yesterday, there was a 5.2 earthquake in the San Diego, CA, area.
Elephants in the San Diego Zoo immediately reacted to the first tremors by forming an alert circle. I didn’t know elephants do that. Did you?
Here’s the remarkable video footage:

Amazing!
They have that built into the fight or flight emotion we all have experienced a time or two in our lives…
How wonderful!
That’s pretty cool!
I find it both amazing and magnificent that Our Creator gave elephants the innate drive to protect themselves and their herds when they sense danger. Just another fact that points us to the fact that this Earth and its inhabitants were purposefully created.
Haven’t checked in for a long time. Want you all to know it’s not just elephants….my cats let me know moments before a quake….they RUN for the most logical protection (a hallway) almost by instinct seconds before I run for the same place. I was at work with school kids in this last SoCal quake, and we hit the ground under the heavy art tables to protect….moments before it hit, due to an “early warning system.” It’s not so “early,” being only moments….but, I guess it could make a difference to some.
