Squirrels are easily domesticated, esp. if “rescued as babes, ” and return trust and love…..and even can semi-domesticated to your back porch or outdoor family area…. My parents lived near a huge city park rife with squirrels, but also liked to feed their seasonal birds in their yard….but had to devise a way to separately take care of their squirrels and their birds at the same time. They est. a “feeding station” for the squirrels….who came right onto their back porch to participate, thus allowing their bird-feeders unmolested.
What a wonderful and uplifting gentleman, and what a smart, sweet and darling squirrel.
