Well, this brought tears to my eyes. Thank God for the individuals willing to brave the elements to bring home a lost animal. Happy Day!

The Dog,Russ,wasn’t reunited with how owner-he was reunited with his Pet Human. We need to keep these things in context. I suppose Russ’ owner would be God,just as MY owner is God,in my humble opinion.
