Amazing!!! For years I took students from school to Catalina Island Marine Institute for a week of ocean studies. Best memories of my teaching career. Never encountered an Orca…but plenty of migrating Grey Whales, 2 different kinds of seals, dolphins by our sides, different sharks…eels, octopus, many different schools of fish amongst the kelp forests…This was so heart-warming to witness here. Thanks so much for covering this story.
