No scruples or shame: Fired St. Louis DA abdicated her duties

Democrats have absolutely no shame. None at all.

“St Louis’ former DA took nursing classes during her taxpayer-funded working hours before being fired over soaring crime.  

Former Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, who was backed by progressive billionaire George Soros, spent 34.5 days attending classes at St Louis University in Missouri over two years instead of doing her public sector job. That’s according to a state audit released on Tuesday by State Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick in a damning 71-page report.

The review also found widespread staff turnover, misuse of public funds and a large drop in the number of cases filed, referred and closed before she resigned in 2023.

Gardner quit after Republican Attorney General Andrew Bailey took steps to remove her from office after she let too many cases, including homicide, go unpunished. 

She told auditors she had been pursuing a family nurse practitioner post-master’s certificate ‘to improve the office and bring mental health awareness’ to the office.

Other issues cited in the audit include $58,000 being spent on flowers, a DJ, car detailing, an office picnic, a chili cookout and her own legal expenses. Auditors also found difficulty in obtaining information from her office while she was in charge. 

Employees denied or delayed requests by auditors for two years until they had to respond due to court subpoenas.  The audit said that ‘full access to documents, personnel, and the office itself was only given after the new administration took over’. 

An additional $1.9 million was found to have been used to pay contracts for outside legal representation, new software, consultants, and office equipment.

She told auditors that some of the purchases, which also included $5,180 at a bar and grill and $2,585 in pizza were to ‘boost morale’, according to the St. Louis Dispatch.

Under her watch, murder in St. Louis hit a 50-year high and the city saw fewer and fewer felonies prosecuted.“

None of this should shock any one. Garner was crooked from day one. One look at the long list of controversies on her Wikipedia page should tell you how rotten she was.

Dont hold your breath that she’ll be held to account for her reckless actions. In October of last year, Gardner was accused of misappropriation of funds by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. In a pretrial diversion agreement, Gardner formally admitted to the misappropriation of funds, agreed to remain crime-free for a period of 18 months, reported to a pre-trial services officer, and has to repay the misappropriated funds.

Sure is good to be a demorat.

Decades of democrat leadership on display in Oakland, CA

Oakland, California has been under demorat rule for decades. As a result, crime, homelessness, and overall decay is on the rise within the city.

Mayor Sheng Thao, who started her term in January 2023, was recalled this past November by nearly 65% of the voters. She leaves behind a mess of a city in which many are now calling a “zombie apocalypse.”

Thanks to feckless leadership, Oakland now has a massive graveyard of abandoned cars and illegal dumping. Check it out:

Oakland likened to ‘zombie apocalypse movie’ thanks to horrifying trend

“Oakland has been compared to a ‘zombie apocalypse film’ as the crime-ridden city has seen a recent up-tick in a horrifying trend where abandoned cars are left along the Union Pacific Railroad. 

A massive ‘graveyard’ of ditched vehicles, including GMC and Ford pickup trucks, cargo vans, sedans and Chevrolet Tahoes have consumed the area for years, but recently, the problem has only grown worse. 

The area has been plagued by illegal dumping, leading officials and angry residents to speak up about the issue, which they say depicts a set from a ‘zombie apocalypse film,’ the San Francisco Chronicle reported. 

Oakland residents are determined to make the illegal dumping ground a high priority for the struggling city. Oakland officials, who have been trying to tackle the surging issue for some time now, told the outlet they don’t have access to enough resources to fight the trend. 

What’s more is there is an issue with the location of the dumped cars, as it is technically owned by multiple parties – Union Pacific, Caltrans and Alameda County.  Union Pacific said it previously cleaned up the area in November, and plans to clear the impacted spot out again next week, the Chronicle reported. Meg Siffring, a spokesperson for Union Pacific, told the outlet the company is currently ‘working on a plan’ with the county and city to clean up the cars. 

Meanwhile, the Oakland Police Department said they have towed stranded vehicles, arrested people and installed barriers to try to fight the rising trend. 

Despite the department’s best efforts, the police union said they can’t fully clear the slew of vehicles because towing abandoned cars in the city is a job for the transportation department.

Although they came in to help, Oakland Police Sgt. Tim Dolan said progress has decreased since the transportation department took over because of training requirements and a heavy workload. 

‘It’s mind-boggling,’ Dolan said. ‘It’s an ongoing issue. But it’s just gotten out of control over the last few years.’ 

The city previously implemented surveillance cameras in dumping hotspots in 2022 in a bid to catch those abandoning the cars and other items in the junkyards. A total of 457 incidents were caught on camera from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, but only 59 were given citations, the outlet reported. The city was unable to issue more citations because 23 percent of the vehicles did not have license plates on them.”

As of Monday, eleven candidates have filed campaign account paperwork to run for Oakland mayor in April, including former Congresswoman Barbara Lee (D), Johnny Gatlin, Wendy Adams, Tyron Jordan (D), Peter Liu (famous for his anti-semitic comments in a mass email), Mindy Pechenuk (a Trump supporter) Fabian Robinson (his Instagram profile shows him with Gavin Newsom), Derrick Soo, Elizabeth Swaney (an American who competed for Hungary in the 2018 Winter Olympics), Loren Taylor (D), Renia Webb (who has the endorsements of the founders of Moms Demand Action) and Larry Lionel Young Jr.

Travesty: Senile Biden gives Presidential Medal of Freedom to George Soros and Hillary Clinton

This is nothing less than outrageous and a mockery of the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

The Presidential Medal of Freedom is the highest civilian award of the United States, alongside the Congressional Gold Medal, created to  recognize people who have made an especially meritorious contribution to (1) the security or national interests of the United States, or (2) world peace, or (3) cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.

The New York Post reports, Jan. 4, 2025:

President Biden bestowed woke Democratic megadonor George Soros with the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Saturday — outraging critics  who ripped the selection as a “national disgrace.”

Soros, 94, was among the 19 people chosen to receive the nation’s highest civilian honor at the White House, a group that included U2 frontman Bono, actor Denzel Washington and  former senator Hillary Clinton — who also was panned as a recipient.

“George Soros spent millions electing soft-on-crime politicians that let criminals wreak havoc in our major cities,” Montana Senator Tim Sheehy told The Post. “Hillary Clinton abandoned our Navy SEALs in Libya.”

“Joe Biden’s decision to give Hillary Clinton and George Soros the Presidential Medal of Freedom is a national disgrace,” the GOPer added….

Biden repeatedly thanked Soros for what he called, “all you’ve done to help this country.” …. Soros, who is worth more than $7 billion, has spent decades financing radical left wing  causes such as Defund the Police,  and groups including Black Lives Matter.

He has shifted tens of billions of dollars of his personal net worth over to his Open Society Foundations, which funds a multitude of progressive projects around the world, has also heavily invested in races to install far-left district attorneys in major American cities, which have seen crime numbers surge.

Soros-backed DAs, including Manhattan’s Alvin Bragg, Chicago’s Kim Foxx, Los Angeles’ George Gascón and Philadelphia’s Larry Krasner, have been ripped for pursuing a Marxist agenda that includes promoting lawlessness in the guise of “criminal justice reform,” over prosecuting criminals….

Former NYPD commissioner Ray Kelly said he  could not “think of anyone who has done more to undermine the rule of law in this country than George Soros.”

The Hungarian-born hedge-fund billionaire gave more than $175 million to Democrats during the 2022 midterms, according to Federal Election Commission records.

In 2024, Soros funneled another $60 million for House and Senate Democrats and other left-wing causes through his Democracy PAC, records show.  In 2020, Soros put up more than $200 million to “dismantle systemic racism.”

Soros and his allies have also contributed to a blight in major cities through “harm reduction” drug policies, critics have said. In Gotham, a Soros-funded nonprofit raised eyebrows for handing out free needles, crack pipes and even devices to “cook” heroin….

Stingy Seattleites vote for economy-crushing polices; vow to stop tipping working folk

Seattle is a hardcore, progressive blue city. They’ve had a demorat mayor in office since 1969. The consistently vote for progressive, ultra-left council members that once included the socialist Kshama Sawant.

Seattle’s fight to increase the minimum wage dates back to 2014 with the “Fight for $15” movement. Many residents approved of the increase that resulted in Seattle having the highest minimum wage of any major city in the United States.

Fast forward ten years: After four years of “Bidenomics” and several years of crushing Wuhan virus restrictions set by Governor Inslee, Seattleites are now singing a different tune with a new minimum wage of $20.76 per hour.

The result: Many Seattle residents vow to quit tipping restaurant working staff in the new year.

“As Seattle ushers in the new year, a growing number of residents are pledging to stop tipping much or even altogether. This movement, gaining traction on Reddit, is a direct response to the city’s escalating minimum wage, which will rise to $20.76 an hour in 2025, up from $19.97 in 2024. Reddit Seattle has been buzzing on the topic of tipping. With Seattle now boasting one of the highest minimum wages in the nation, many in Seattle question the necessity of tipping on top of already substantial wages, especially in the context of escalating prices in restaurants and retail. 

The city’s minimum wage ordinance, which mandates annual increases based on inflation, was supposedly designed to ensure a “living wage” for all workers. But the Seattle minimum wage crusade came with unintended consequences. Consumers complain about ‘tipping fatigue,’ exacerbated by ‘tipflation,’ where suggested gratuities have risen in tandem with wages.

Seattle restaurant operators are panicked ahead of a minimum wage update that will now prevent tips and benefits from being deducted from hourly wages. For some Seattle restaurants, it will add about $45,000 in expenses per month that they don’t have.

When Seattle leaders hastily passed a $15 minimum wage hike, they offered a 10-year ramp-up period for small businesses (those with 500 or fewer employees). Under the current formula, restaurants may pay a $17.25 hourly wage if their employees earn at least $2.72 in tips per hour or in medical benefits. In 2025, this practice ends and the city of Seattle has refused to step in and help already-struggling restaurants.

Without tips, servers who once made $40-$50 an hour during busy shifts could find themselves stuck at Seattle’s flat-rate minimum wage if or when tipping culture changes or ends.”

California is worst state to raise a family

To determine the best states for raising a family in 2025, ConsumerAffairs compared each state on cost, safety, education, health care and quality of life.

The bottom five states for raising a family are all located in the West and South and face significant challenges in education and quality of life.

  • California ranks at the bottom, with poor scores in quality of life, affordability, safety, high child poverty rates, a shortage of libraries and bad air quality.
  • Texas follows closely behind, scoring poorly in health care, safety and quality of life. The state has the lowest pediatric health care score, with the highest percentages of uninsured children and families that can’t afford their children’s health care bills.
  • New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada round out the bottom, with poor public education and lower rankings in quality of life.

Vermont is the best state to raise a family in. It finished first in quality of life, sixth in child health care access and sixth in education. The top five states for raising a family are Vermont, Maine, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Wyoming.

Protect your girls: “Pull your kids from sports games”

Hopefully common sense will return on January 20, 2025, and girls will not be forced to play sports against men nor have to share locker room spaces with them

Unfortunately, it’s too late for Payton McNabb, who was left with serious brain damage afte she was knocked out by a transgender volleyball player.

Payton McNabb was 17 when a ball spiked by a trans opponent with force struck her in the face, threw her to the ground and left her unconscious while she played a volleyball match in September 2022. Watch:

Her parents are speaking out after Payton was left with brain damage and paralysis on her right side, which ended her dreams of getting a volleyball college scholarship and has made it difficult to walk without falling.

In the hopes of raising awareness about the competitive advantage from biologically male transgender athletes can have, Payton and her parents are sharing their story in the new documentary ‘Kill Shot: How Payton McNabb Turned Tragedy Into Triumph’. From the Daily Mail:

“In a preview of the film, Payton’s parents Pamela and Daniel McNabb speak for the first time of the guilt and frustration they felt as a result of their daughter’s life-altering incident. 

Detailing the moment she received a call informing her of her daughter’s injuries, Pamela said: ‘My first thought was, is she going to be ok? And then honestly my second- I was mad. I was furious, because we all knew this was going to happen. Did I think it would happen to my child? No. But we all knew. Everybody talked about it. Everybody knew something was going to happen.’

‘I would never, ever let her play today if I knew what I know now,’ Pamela also said in the documentary.”

President-elect Trump will likely revert back to the Title IX rules that were in place during his first term, protecting women’s sports. Even diehard blue Washington State is proposing a separate “open” division for transgender athletes to compete.

Palantir CEO to the Left: Voters do not want to hear your woke pagan ideology

Daily Wire reports, Dec. 9, 2024, that Alex Karp, the co-founder and CEO of Palantir, said during a panel discussion at the Reagan National Defense Forum late last week that Democrats lost the 2024 election because they did not understand the fundamental human desire to feel safe.

Karp said: “Americans are the most loving, God-fearing, fair, least discriminatory people on the planet. They want to know that if you’re waking up and thinking about harming American citizens, or if American citizens are taken hostage and kept in dungeons, or if you’re a foreign power sending fentanyl to poison our people, something really bad is going to happen to you and your friends and your cousins, and your bank account and your mistress, and whoever was involved.”

“When Americans are spending a trillion dollars on ‘defense,’ what I want and what I think my peers want is: why are these people keeping our citizens as hostages, torturing our people, attacking our allies, maligning us in what was once called the United Nations — basically a discriminatory institution against anything good? We need to stand up and those people need to be scared.”

He said that it was critical for the U.S. to dominate because “we have the best products in the world, and we can not have parity. Our adversaries do not have our moral compunction. If it is even, they will take advantage of our niceness, our kindness, our desire to be at home in Nebraska and New Hampshire or wherever we live, in our peaceful environments.”

“They need to wake up scared, and go to bed scared, and if you give that to the American people, the American people will go back and say — and honestly, I probably shouldn’t say this, this is why I thought the Democrats were going to lose the election, and why they did, because people want to live in peace. They want to go home. They do not want to hear your woke pagan ideology. They want to know they’re safe. And safe means the other person is scared. That’s how you make someone safe.”

“The average American person understands this. Unfortunately, many of the intellectually captured institutions, funneled and intellectually owned by the Berkeley faculty, do not. That’s what they want. It is sure as hell what I want. And that is why Palantir and all the people in this room, I hope, are here to serve the American people. And my version of service is, ‘The soldiers are happier, the enemies are scared, and Americans go back to enjoying the fact that we’re the only ones with a real tech scene in this country and we’re going to win everything.’”

Score one for Women’s Golf: LPGA Tour makes changes to favor women

“Transgender” men have infiltrated women’s sports, robbing women of championships and endangering their lives. Today, the LPGA Tour made a change to the rules to prevent trans players from taking over women’s golf.

“The LPGA Tour announced a dramatic change in its gender policy Wednesday, having huge repercussions for transgender players. 

Women’s golf has been embroiled in controversy over the past year with multiple professionals pleading with the tour to alter its rulebook to prevent trans athletes, such as Hailey Davidson, from competing. 

The LPGA had stood firm by its inclusion policy for transgender athletes who undergo surgery after male puberty, having removed its requirement for golfers to be ‘female at birth’ in a policy change in 2010.

However, the organization has performed a U-turn with the updated gender policy, which will come into force in 2025, now requiring players to be assigned female at birth or have transitioned to female before going through male puberty to compete in LPGA tournaments or the eight USGA championships for women. 

‘Under the new policy, athletes who are assigned female at birth are eligible to compete on the LPGA Tour, Epson Tour, Ladies European Tour, and in all other elite LPGA competitions,’ a statement from the tour read. ‘Players assigned male at birth and who have gone through male puberty are not eligible to compete in the aforementioned events.’

Players assigned male at birth must prove they have not experienced any part of puberty beyond the first stage or after age 12, whichever comes first, and then meet limitation standards for testosterone levels. 

The USGA, headed by CEO and former LPGA commissioner Mike Whan, released a similar statement outlining the same policy changes. 

The LPGA and USGA say their policies were geared toward being inclusive of gender identities and expression while striving for equity in competition.

The updated policies would rule out eligibility for Davidson, who has been trying to earn her (his) professional status on women’s tour amid criticism and opposition from almost 300 rival players (aka women).”

Insanity: Washington State was the only state to shift “bluer” in 2024

I grew up in Washington State and thankfully was able to flee to a red state over a decade ago.

During my voting years in the Seattle area, absolutely none of my candidates ever won.  The area has been blue for decades. Seattle has had a democrat mayor since 1969 and Washington’s last republican governor was elected in 1981. And during the past presidential election, Washington State got “slightly” bluer.

To understand this phenomenon, get inside the mind of a liberal: A business-owner who was recently robbed and doesn’t want the perps to go to jail. Seriously.

“Just before 2:30 a.m. last Wednesday, Desirae Aylesworth woke up to the sound of her Ring camera system notifying her of a breach in her café. Her Seattle café was being robbed, becoming the latest victim of Seattle’s crime crisis.

Aylesworth is the co-owner of Wild Mountain Cafe in the Crown Hill neighborhood of Seattle. When she reviewed the surveillance feeds from her restaurant, she saw two young men jumping the back fence of her business, and then breaking in. She immediately called 911.

“I spent the following 10 to 15 minutes on the phone trying to get police there in time to catch them, and in the process, just was watching in real time two burglars going through my restaurant and not completely trashing the place, but definitely looking for something specific,” Aylesworth explained to “The Jason Rantz Show” on KTTH. “And you know, it was very obvious they were after money and didn’t care too much about product or electronics or anything else, which is, you know, saving grace in the whole matter.”

The two thieves stole about $5,000 in cash, which was earmarked for staff tips. And unfortunately, the two suspects escaped before police arrived.

It’s unclear the thieves’ ages, but judging from surveillance footage, they appear to be young. Despite the crime, though, Aylesworth doesn’t want them going to jail. They appear young enough to be course-corrected with intervention. She thinks community service would be more appropriate.

As is too often the case, the suspects are still on the loose.“

The business owner felt very violated and helpless. Stealing $5,000 in King County is a first-degree theft Class B felony crime. Jail time should be the punishment for these perps. Believing that community service will deter them is a product of the liberal mindset.

The Seattle Police Department is severely understaffed as they are at their lowest staffing level since 1958. Last year’s crime data showed that Seattle had a drop in overall crime yet a rise in homicides and auto thefts.

Despite spending over nearly $1 billion the past decade to “fix” homelessness, Seattle’s homeless population continues to rise. And their fentanyl crisis continues, when Washington State reported a 41% rise in drug overdose fatalities (between September 2022 and September 2023) — the highest increase in the United States.

But you keep voting blue, liberals of Washington. Y’all keep voting for this so embrace the suck. So glad I left you for a red territory.

Witches complain they couldn’t curse Trump

Witches have been casting cursing spells on President Donald Trump since his first presidential election and term-of-office.

These evil women are doing it again.

But they discovered their curses are ineffective.

Here’s a video on witches on the social media Reddit complaining they haven’t been able to curse Trump.

I believe the curses are thwarted because millions of Americans have been praying for Trump. I do that every day.

Studies found that intercessory prayer really works:

  1. In 1988 and 1999, randomized controlled trials of remote intercessory prayer (praying for persons unknown) showed a beneficial effect in patients in intensive coronary care units (Southern Medical Journal, July 1988,81(7):826-9; Archives of  Internal Medicine, Oct. 25, 1999; 159(19):2273-8).
  2. In 2000, a systematic review of randomized, placebo controlled trials of distant healing found that 57% of the randomized, placebo controlled trials of distant healing showed a positive treatment effect (Annals of Internal Medicine, June 6, 2000; 32(11):903-10).
  3. In 2001, a double-blind study of 3393 adults hospitalized with a bloodstream infection found that remote intercessory prayer is associated with a shorter hospital stay and shorter duration of fever in those patients even when the intervention is performed 4-10 years after the infection ( Dec. 22, 2001; 323(7327): 1450–1451).
