Dr. Eowyn, your caption is absolutely perfect. Most of the people we have in the Senate and House are totally ridiculous. All of this impeachment fiasco reminds me of a dream I had back in 2009:

Last night I had a dream where I was in the U.S. Senate Chamber or in a large room adjoining the Senate Chamber. There were all of these Senators milling around and talking with each other. I saw Senator John McCain of Arizona walk out of the room. Then this big, fat Senator gave a fairly long speech. After his speech, he lay down on the floor flat on his back with his arms and legs spread out—he looked like he was absolutely exhausted.
Then this other Senator began to speak. He was very large and had long gray hair and a long gray beard; the hair of his moustache was very long and covered up his mouth. He looked like an absurd version of Santa Claus.
Because of what I saw in the Senate, I didn’t take it seriously. The U.S. Senate is supposed to be one of the most exclusive clubs in the world. It looked like a big zoo where nothing was getting done.
Tim, your dreams are so often prophetic and downright fascinating. 🙂

Last night I had a dream where I was with several people. We were observing two very wicked women. One of the women was Hillary Clinton; the other woman was younger–it looked like she worked for Hillary Clinton (it may have been Huma Abedin or Hillary’s daughter, Chelsea).
The younger woman walked up to me: she knew that her life was in danger. She tried to talk to me, but I wouldn’t let her talk. I spoke a few words to her and then her body was burned with fire. After her body was consumed by fire, there was nothing left of her.
Then Hillary Clinton looked at me with fear in her eyes. She also knew that her life was in danger. She tried talking with me, but I wouldn’t let her. I spoke a few words to her and her body also was consumed by fire. There was nothing left.

It’s going to be hard to top your most excellent entry Dr. E, but here’s my suggestion:
In a never before seen photo, members of the DNC are caught on camera meeting incognito to plot the latest sham impeachment trial of former President Trump. Here at news channel KRAP, we expect to see this same group of clowns holding “peaceful protests” outside of Mar-a-Lago within the next couple of weeks after they lose their latest bogus “impeachment trial.”

I truly hate hearing the news about the demise of FOTM, but I completely understand your position and the reasons why you had to arrive at this decision. The haters out there aren’t going to stop hating no matter what. They are after all, just children living in adult bodies and it’s doubtful they will ever actually grow up and understand the truths that they are currently blinded to. For this reason, I actually feel pity towards them much more than any animosity.
I’m just glad to know that you will still be here for us albeit in a different forum. I am also very glad to know that the caption contests aren’t going away. Many of us get much enjoyment and laughter from them and I always appreciate the humor emanating from the minds of your other followers. Lord knows we all need more humor in our lives, especially these days during these difficult times.
I, and I think I can also speak for the majority of your followers can say that we very much appreciate you and the messages that you and your associates bring to us. You have truly been a lighthouse in a sea of darkness for us for a long time, and even though the format may change, we’re still glad that you will continue to have a presence on the web through this new website. Never forget that those of us who love you won’t abandon you. You can count me in as being among that group. Best wishes my friend and may God protect you, your loved ones and your mission going forward through these “perilous times” (II Timothy 3:1) that lie ahead of us.
