The ingenuity of the mouse was astonishing. Loved all these.

That mouse had to be trained if not I hope it didn’t procreate and we got a lot of really smart mice were going to have to deal with later. The labs are cool only got one back one myself the rest are great too. Thanks Doc for the distraction much needed.
I killed about 30 mice over the past 1 1/2 years – they liked my preps too much! I think I got them all, but can’t be sure, sometimes I’ve gone months without seeing one.
The older ones were definitely smarter. The younger ones got caught up in the traps & glue traps, though glue was ineffective with the older ones, they ran right over it. My pellet gun got most of the big ones, but it helped I’m a light sleeper, and could hear them in the kitchen. If I turned on the lights, that usually froze them where they were hiding, and made shooting easier when I found their hiding spot.
OMG..at one time I had those 3 Labs in my home…a pure-bred Blonde Lab….a mixed Black Lab/GSP, and a mixed Brown Lab whatever (Shar Pei mostly).All rescued, all gone now. I’m joyous in remembering them, but sad in wondering if I’ll ever experience their likes again at my age.
This mouse is worthy of Warner Brothers cartoon status!
